Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to activate after you receive your shipping confirmation.

Pre-order timelines vary by product. Estimated shipping windows may range from 2–6 weeks depending on production volume.

We always aim to ship on or before the estimated date. However, because pre-orders are made-to-order, timelines may shift slightly due to manufacturing or supply chain delays. If any delays occur, we will notify you via email.

International: 6–18 business days

Transit times begin after your order has been fulfilled and handed to the carrier.

If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, the entire order will ship together once all items are ready. If you prefer split shipments, please contact our support team (additional shipping fees may apply).
