Once your order is placed please allow 2-4 days for your order to be packaged and processed. Any order placed over the weekend will be shipped out the following Monday. 

For orders within the U.S & Canada shipping time can take anywhere between 3-7 days

For all international orders shipping time can take anywhere between 6-12 days.

Keep in mind in some cases orders may take longer than estimated delivery times due to holidays or unexpected carrier delays outside of our control.

Pre-order timelines vary by product. Estimated shipping windows may range from 2–6 weeks depending on production volume.

We always aim to ship on or before the estimated date. However, because pre-orders are made-to-order, timelines may shift slightly due to manufacturing or supply chain delays. If any delays occur, we will notify you via email.

We stand behind the quality of every product we sell. If your purchase does not work out for any reason, you may initiate a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order as long as the product is unwashed and unworn with tags included.

We will pay for the return shipping cost for Canadian orders. Any refund requests will only be refunded to the original form of payment. Please note that if a refund is requested, your refund will not include the original cost of shipping.

At this time, we do not offer free return shipping for international orders or refunds on any Taxes & Duties incurred from your original order. However, for any international exchange orders, we will cover the cost of sending your exchange back to you. For Taxes & Duties refund inquiries for any returned items, please reach out to your local customs office to receive appropriate compensation if applicable.
